Who has coverage with American Fidelity Assurance Company for disability coverage? |
Who has been met with their stall tactics while processing claims? We were told their lights were off for three days and they were back logged. They also made the claim that it was a pre-existing condition. The excuses just keep stacking up. This has been ongoing for three months. They sent me a letter that was also allegedly mailed to five doctor's offices on the same day. Not one of those letters ever made it. We are all in the same city. I have a relative that sold insurance policies to teachers for 30 years and said they were notorious for stalling and not paying. I wanted some other opinions.
