What happens if you use some elses travelers cheque? |
do u go to jail? i never used them, i burned them, but if they cheques were never endorsed arent they good? Sounds like fraudulent misrepresentation, obtaining goods by stolen check, obtaining cash by worthless check, theft, possibly forgery. That can certainly lead to jail time. Yeah, why are you stealing people's checks? This will depend on if the traveler's cheque issuer, some issuer will have the cheque holder's name to prevent fraud But if you cash out someone else's check, it will consider fraud and could have charges against that will result in jail time. |
