Help with my unemployment insurance application!!?

hi! I'm almost finished with my application however there's one question I need help with.
it asks you the first day you started your last job, and the total income from that job. I know the month I started but I'm not too certain about the day. and I can't find my w-2 forms so I dont know my total income, ahhh!! Is there a site or someone you can give me the info i need? thank you so much! If you answer this, you have saved my ***!! thanks again!! xoxo

Nope, there's no site. Best you can do is either guess, or call your employer.

But you'll be due soon for your W-4 for last year, and that should have the info on it. OR, you can look at your last paystub, which should have "year to date" information on it. Or last year's tax return, with the W-4 from last year.

Put an aprrox date. It is not a big deal. It can be adjusted if needed. Put it in the middle of the month so you won't be too far off. I have filed before and can never remember the exact date and never had a problem with it.

You can get your IRS issued W-2s in 1-2 business days from Accuverify.com it will show income, but not the date you started working.

Don't you have paycheck stubs? If not, you'll have to estimate.
