If i have luggage insurance and my case is lost at airport, how do i get paid?

say i arrive at london airport, my insurance covers my case, which i cant find anymore. noone finds it. what do i do? how do i proove (do i have to proove?) that i had 拢3000 worth of watch in this case?

OK, well, your LUGGAGE insurance isn't going to cover a $3,000 watch you had inside. READ THE TERMS. Likely, it's going to cover $250 a bag or some such.

Go to the guy you bought the insurance from, and ask him how to file a claim. That's how you do it.

1) Have a receipt for said watch
2) Go to terminal security and report bag lost with contents
3) Get report form from airline with whom you had flight
4) Submit claim to travel insurance company.
5) Find out that policy limit on watch is 拢250.00

Did you know that more Rolex watches have been stolen form British customers coming back from Spain than have ever been manufactured?
