Need to know if anyone knows the statute of limitations for settlement by an insurance company for an auto accident that was the other party's fault? Thanks Personal Injury Statute of Limitations the time period within which you can bring a lawsuit for personal injuries - This is really unclear. There's NO statute of limitations for settlements. A settlement is an agreement reached, BEFORE a trial ends. |
