Start by taking Spelling 101, and move up to harder stuff.

Go to your state insurance department website. Pick the kind of license you want. Pass the test, don't be a felon, pay the fee, voila, you have a license. That's the easy part.

First you have to be able to spell and count.

You need to pass the state test, pay all the fees... in some states you need a sponsoring insurance company to get a license..

some states you can get a temporary license( dont need to take a test for , its good for 90 days, and you need a sponsoring company)....

Study for the test, take the test, pass it, pay a fee, and get a company to sponsor you..And then learn how to sell or you will be in the poor house
