What are the requirements to become so? What are the career prospects of being an Insurance Broker? An insurance broker is an agent that sells more than one companies policies. Become licensed in your state and contracted with multiple companies to sell their products. Excellent prospects if you can sell. Gives you an opportunity to cross sell and further serve your client.
