How long can I receive unemployment in Indiana? |
How long can I receive unemployment in Indiana? Maximum amount is 26 weeks in a 52-week benefit year. See: It depends what you are on unemployment for ... if it's just because you are in construction and laid off for the winter months you can get paid for the whole time you are laid off. Or at least when my husband did construction he was laid off for half of December, all of January, and sometimes half of February and would get paid from unemployment for the whole time. The maximum is 26 weeks. |
