I am expecting twins, my work insurance only covers $8000/year in medical expenses. do i have any options? |
They are twins and I live in Maryland $8000 yearly maximum seems low. Are you sure that's not your maximum yearly out of pocket? That would make more sense. Maximum yeary out of pocket includes any deductibles and copays you pay - once you hit that total, you don't shell out another dime for the year. Not really. What options are you speaking about? If that's what your insurance covers then that's it. Welll, you can see if your income is low enough to qualify for your state children's health insurance program - which pays prenatal and birth expenses for qualifying moms. Otherwise, you'll have to start saving up. |
