How much compensation would you receive if you damaged ligaments in your knee&developed chondromalacia? |
How much compensation would you receive if you damaged ligaments in your knee&developed chondromalacia? Didn't you ask this question (although with more facts because the other question had information about it being 3 years since the damage occurred and the development of this issue). Compensation from whom? Like disability ins or worker's comp? If you hurt yourself on the job or fell and can sue someone for negligence, you may receive compensation of some sort, but if you damaged the ligaments playing a sport or just due to tripping over your own shoelace, likely nothing at all. You don't get any, automatically. It's highly specific as to how it happened, and under what circumstances - not to mention your state law. None, unless you can prove it was due to the negligence of others. |
