Need unemployment insurance help?

My husband and I had the same jobs for 19 and 20 years in Arizona. We recently moved to Iowa and are having trouble finding new jobs. I'm wondering if we can file for unemployment insurance - if so, how do we go about that? Any help would be appreciated.

Contact your local Department of Labor office in Iowa. Chances are you will qualify due to moving to a new state. I have gotten unemployment in the same situation.

just go to the Arizona unemployment website to see if you qualify. You had a job in Arizona even if you are now living in Iowa. Hopefully the unemployment is tranferrable to another state.
