Workmans comp question...35 percent impairment raiting...lost two fingers and part of his hand....? |
We are in Texas ...we were told he would get money for his loss...does any one know the formula they use to figure this amount...35 percent times 3 times x amount of dollars???...does anyone know how this formula works or the time frame as to when he will recieve this money? Try looking under Texas workmans comp law. your attorney will know this 3 times meds or 3 times anything is an urban legend. That is not how claims are settled!!. Workers Comp has a specific table for settlement. Ask the adjuster I would ask your adjuster or you lawyer regarding this. In some states the formulas are different so I suggest you give them a call and let them explain to you how it is figured out. |
