Is AARP a good health insurance plan?

I'm in my 20s, any suggetions of a good health insurance coverage plan? hospital, perscription, the whole nine!?!?

AARP isn't an insurance company, they're a club. They "refer" you over to an insurance company.

It's going to cost you about $250 a month, period. Go talk to a local agent about getting quotes from companies that do business in your state.

Hmm...I thought AARP was for old folks only? Well, I know my grandmother isn't very happy with it!

AARP has contracts with different insurance companies providing a wide range of products. You have to look at the contracted company and the specific product your interested in. Be care full, if it is an HMO or a PPO, you would have to go to specific doctors and hospitals.
