Some Details About Reliance General Insurance Limited?

i find that RGIL has the worst kind of working environment with an online system that neither supports the customers or the employees. my personal experience has promoted me to write this. Enabling the lowest rates in the market and carrying off the customers with a limited amount of employees and a so called disintegrated SAP system does not justify for the kind of services offered to any of the citizens. A computerized system that does not allow even employees to check the details of themselves can provide no good to the customers. One can easily check the standards of a product/service offered that way.
I would like to pose a question to the regularity body who just looked at the banner and waved off a green signal for a company not ready to compromise any good features in return for the customers hard earned.

thanks for info.
