Accidental Damage in the house: Twice in a same year. Can i make a claim?

Accidental Damage in the house: Are there any limit on how many times we can claim in same year with different problems?

No, there's no limit to the number of claim you can make.

However, if you file two within three years, likely your insurance company will not renew the policy again, if it's allowed in your state.

You might want to check with your agent, to see if it's covered, before you file the claim. Not EVERYTHING is covered.

There are generally no limits to how many claims you can have in the same year: the question is will it be wise to do so. The premium will go up with each claim you have. Also, each insurance company will have a guideline as to how many total claims you can have in a certain time period. They may also decide not to renew your policy next year (this will depend upon the type of claims and the company). If that's the case you'll have to go to a high risk insurance policy and you can expect the premium to be 3 to 5 times higher than you're paying now.

hi if you are paying for home contents or structural insurance then you can claim if the insurance give you problems after claiming go to another broker accidents happen thats why we have insurance but your policy will go up

That's what you have insurance for, but depending on your insurance company, they will pay the claims, then give you notice that they will no longer carry the insurance for your house. It would be a good idea to get a price with the same coverage from another insurance company to be on the safe side if this should take place.
Insurance companies collect millions of dollars a year, but when it comes to paying out they will cause people alot of problems.
The good hands people (Sears) are a good example. My mother had one claim after being with them for over 10 years on her place, they took care of everything then cancel the policy.
