What fomula does wic cover in indiana? WIC is a FEDERAL program that covers over close to 500 different brands of formula. My daughter's formula wasnt on the WIC list for Indiana, but because it was prescribed and in the government data base the pharmacist had to order it. Here is the link to the WIC formula data base.
