Suburbs of Indy?

I need to find a nice area to the south of Indy, not far from St. Francis Hospital. I've heard Greenwood is nice. Is crime a problem? What about shopping and restaurants? My husband wants to find about 5 acres of land...is there any left there? (I'm fom Chicago, and I would love to find an area like Oak Brook or Naperville, but less congested.)

My husband and I are in our mid-30s, and we have a child on the way (we want good schools, but we also like nice restaurants and shopping).

You'd probably have to go south of Greenwood. There may be places with 5 acres but I doubt it. I'm not a big fan of Greenwood but I guess if you are going to live down there it might as well be Greenwood. You might have to go to Whiteland or something for a lot of land.
