How can i geta part-time job bjut i'm only 15?

I would say anything in retail is a bad choice because most retail companies you have to be 18, but a fast food place, or maybe a pizza shop.... might give u a chance, or paper route, bus boy in a restaurant... there's a couple of things, you just have to assert yourself.

when your old enough you'll NEED to find work to pay bills, shopping etc etc & suffer with angry employers, stress etc etc

First of all, you need to get a work permit from the administration at your school. Without one of those, you aren't old enough to work.

You'll have to apply - most likely, you will only be able to work fast food, or something like that. You are limited in what hours you can work because you are a minor.

Remember, they can revoke your work permit at any time because of unsatisfactory school performance.

At your age, Baby Sitting will be good, if you have patience with little brats.
