Where is a good bar to go dancing in Indianapolis that is not too packed, not ghetto, but not all country? |
We are having a hard time finding a place to go hang out and dance in (or around) Indianapolis. We prefer it be near the NW side, but will travel for a good place. We are looking for a place that has a mix of music (rock and country preferably), but will take suggestions for anything that is not all R&B and rap. We do not want a place that is packed like a sardine can. A hole in the wall would be good. We would also like for it to be all ages not full of all young people. Our group of friends consists of ages 25-45 and we don't want anyone to feel out of place. This criteria pretty much rules out downtown and Broad Ripple. We used to go to a hole in the wall (She & I's) which is now closed down. It definitely wasn't the best, but it met most of our criteria. Anything similar or better would be great.
