Anyone in Human Resources? In Indiana?

If so, I need some help.........Can you tell me what company you work for? Salary? Benefits? Is HR a good field to get into? I will be obtaining my Associates Degree in Business in June and then pursuing my Bachelor's Degree in Business Mangement. Should I also get a Certificate in Human Services???? Help...serious answers only

I can't exactly share those kind of details, but...

You can obtain entry level positions with large companies with just an undergraduate degree in business. Certification generally isn't necessary unless you want to work your way up as an HR manager. But if you score an interview and express your willingness to obtain certification, they will encourage that...and may even help you out.
