Does Richard Lugard live in Indiana? To better answer your question, all senators must reside or live in the state they represent. Senator Lugar was the mayor of Indianapolis once so I do suppose he still has a residence in Indianapolis. I have seen signs with his name on it somewhere here in indianapolis he spends most of his time in Washington DC, but does have a couple of places in Indiana |
