Why does walmart sell dog carriers?

and then wont let you bring your dog in ? i have a little yorkie that loves to shop but walmart kicked me out im never going back kmart lets me shop with my dog. walmart sucks

WALMART is just sick.I am sorry they did that.

Because they must be in demand somewhere. They wouldnt do it if they werent making a profit, and if dog carriers are what people want, then thats what walmart will sell them.
And as for shopping with your dog? That one should be obvious. its a store not a zoo. the last thing they need is your dog eating things, and making messes, or biting people or destroying things. and even if you have a little harmless fluff ball they still have to do it because not everyone has a small dog.

I know I know. Doesnt make any freakin' since when you look at the situation. The only thing WalMart is concerned for is Health Department regulations, Legal matters with 'other' consumers and theyre own well being in a safe enviroment they (are supposed to) provide for there emplyees. One important thing they messed up on. CUSTOMER SERVICE. So, despite all wriiten above,....you are a victom of poor customer service. Especially if they rudely kicked you out. If anything, they should have greeted you with a warm welcome at approach and offerd a temporary 'safe' holding area in the pet supply section where they wouldnt have to worry so much over something so 'small'. They sell them to make money, they don't allow dogs for legal reasons. Imagine someone bringing a pit bull, doberman, rottweiler, or some other aggressive or intimidating dog. If there is an incident, they will sue Walmart, not the fool that brought the dog because Walmart has money. I'd shop at Petsmart if you want to bring "yorkie", they encourage shopping with pet.

they want to make money, not clean up dog poo.
