Who can tell about the circle city classic in Indy?

I am thinking about coming up on the 10/7 weekend.
1. How is police presence there, like if i want to sell t shirts do they stop you.
2. how is the annual turnout.
3. what is the corwd like
and are there a lot of people hanging out on that weekend?

1. Police are all over the streets like rain during a thunderstorm. Depends on their mood regarding the tshirts.
2. 150,000 annually
3. Crowds are big but usually pretty orderly.
4. There are LOTS of people who hang out all over Indy and that weekend it's doubly so.

Ditto the thought on police above, you also must have a peddlers license to sell anything on a street. Fun time there, good turnout.
