If you have felonies can you still get a liquor license in Indiana?

It is a B and A D felony. It was seven years ago.

I am not sure which type of liquore license you mean--- see this list:

Check the one you want to see if they ask you if you've been convicted.... if they don't ask-- don't tell-- if it is good enough for the military-- it's good enough for you!

I think you cam pretty much get anything in Indiana if you know or grease the right people. Licenses are pretty expensive in most places, but there's always a way to have one of your silent business partners get the license for you then you can share profits or pay him/her for it on the side. Are you sure you really want a liquour license? There's got to be a better way to make money in Indiana
