My 11 year old friend is looking for some summer work.She is intelligent and in Indy.Any suggestions?

She is very intelligent and a hard worker.We live in Indianapolis.She is eager to do something with her time other than the usual babysitting,lemonade stands...Can anyone suggest something or better yet,put her to work!!!

Babysitting.

When you're 11, it's hard to find a job other than babysitting.
Can she cut grass?
Can she walk neighborhood dogs?
If she's willing to consider volunteering, I'm sure there is a nursing home nearby who'd love to have her come and talk or read to someone who's lonely.

Umm...it' silegal for her to be working, get her in band or an art class if she wants something to do with her time but what you are doing is ilegla. It's called exploitation of minors and in America you get in big trouble for that.

Why would an 11 year old NEED a job? Where are her parents?
THAT'S where she needs to be getting money !
I don't believe you will find a job for her here, she is too young to get a legitimate job other than babysitting.
