And there is no need to file a FIR with police. Even if you want to have a new PAN card with the same original number. Fill in the form with Rs. 72/- as a fee and get a duplicate PAN card.

One in our family a person lost his PAN Card. He first filed an FIR and forwarded a copy of the same to utsil pan department requesting for a new card.

He paid Rs 200 and got his new card. I should also mention, he remembered his pan card no.

If you don't remember your pan no, then call utsil and consult with them.

Provide correct informations for getting any help?
