Are Federal Income Taxes paid by United Nations' workers?

UN does not withhold federal income taxes. It is up to the US citizens working at the UN to declare and pay their income taxes.

Foreigners working at the UN do not pay US income taxes. They pay at their own country. Though some countries such as the Philippines, UN workers are tax exempt - the UN employee just had to submit the tax form with the exemption letter from the UN

united nations worker -- as far as i know--need not to pay ANY taxto UNO. they have to pay as per their country rules.
