S. Jothi shankar Your PAN card has returned undelivered, saying the consignee has shifted. The NSDL Website says that your PAN card has been returned to them stating that 'Consignee has shifted' . You have to contact them as soon as passable. I just go through the website mentioned below to check your PAN Card status. You can also visit this site and check yourself.
