Is the proprietors PAN different from his company and does he have to apply for personal profession tax? If the individual is having any proprietary business, then that proprietary business income will be the income of the proprietor and the same has to be shown in individuals income tax returns under the head "Income from Business or Profession". yes pan has to b separate for individual and company to file i tax return Pan for individuals is different from Pan for company. No, PAN will be allocated in the name of Individual and tax return will be filed in the nane of individual ( proprietors). |
