Is the "Back-office Data processing" is under service tax net? |
I am confused because GOI service tax web site is showing the status that this service is exempted. But some people are saying that this service is under Tax-net. How can I verify ? By Finance Act 2007 , back office data processing is covered under the category ' Business Support Services' . |
