CGEIS contribution made in the previous years has been received in the current year.Is it taxable?


oUR ORGANIZATION WAS PREVIOUSLY UNDER cENTRAL gOVT. AND cgeis WAS APPLICABLE.Now it has been converted to PSU and therefore a new group insurance schemme is introduced and CGEIS deducted in the previous years is refunded to employees? Is it taxable?
