Nil Return was required to be filed by you even if U dont have a transaction.
Though the last date is already over; U can stil file the return.
Further, in case U R not going to have any transaction in future OR if U R below the billing of Rs. 8 Lakh in a financial year; U should surrender your registration.

if you are filing tax regularly you should file it this year too. if you are not in the tax limits you will get refund. for more detail consult your advocate.

you should file a nill return , since it is late this may attract a penalty upto Rs 2000.00.
take help of some advocate / consultant to present your case and get exepmtion from penalty.

I suggest u to immediately file return.

HELLO.... BETTER YOU FILE 'NIL' RETURN.

Nil return essential even if no turnover - Even if there was no business during the period, assessee will have to file 鈥楴il鈥?return as long as registration certificate is valid.
