I have applied pan card not recved?

Only NSDL and UTIISL are the two agencies authorized by Income Tax department for issue of PAN cards. So you might have applied with any one them.

If your acknowledgment contains 15 digits, then it is a NSDL application. You can trace out the status of your PAN card from the below site.

If your application contains 9 digits number, then it is a UTIISL application. You can trace out the status of your PAN card from the below site.

In case if you have lost your application acknowledgment also, then you can try to know your PAN number, if it is already allotted to you.
