What are the rates of vat at the time of sales?

I know that the rates are 1%,4% and 12.5% for which of the sales it is applicable. Is there any amount like exceeding certain amount the rate differ.I want to know the details of tax rates applicable for sales of certain amounts

Vat rates depend upon the Category and product classification ,its nothing about quantity and amount .Rates are 4%,12.5% so on according to product.
