Until when can i file my income tax?

If you are an Individual and having income from Salary or from Business/Profession, then the due date is 31st July. You can still file your return late till 31.3.2008 paying interest @15% on tax payable if any. If you fail to file your return by 31.3.2008, then you will have to pay Rs.5,000 as fine + tax+interest.
