Difference between Nursing Assistant shifts?

What are some differences between day, afternoon, and midnight shifts as a CNA working in a nursing home?

I'm a CNA at a nursing home and I work 3rd shift. This is what a typical night is like:

I get to work at 11pm. We report to the nurse's station to get our assignment. Depending on how many people are scheduled and how many people called out we have between 14 and 28 residents.

On the 11:00 round we pass ice and check the incontinent residents. If the incontinent residents need changing we change their briefs or diaper.

We answer call lights until the 1:00 round. We check all the residents to make sure they are alive. We check the incontinent residents again.

We answer call lights until the 4 or 5:00 round. We get vital signs, change incontinent residents.

At 6:00 we begin getting residents up that need to be up before 7am.

Residents that are in restorative dining need to be bathed, dressed, and up in their chairs by 7am.

In between rounds you make sure the residents stay in bed if at all possible. Sometimes the patients wander around. Sometimes residents ring to go to the bathroom/bedpan or for something to eat. If someone dies you do post-mortem care. If some falls you report it to the nurse. If they gowns are wet you change them. You empty catheters and urinals and report the output to the nurse if you need to.

Before the end of your shift you record the ADLs in a flow book.

At 7 you wait for your replacements to get in then you go home.

Day shift and evening, you get patients out of bed and bath them and dress them and feed them and change beds and feed them again, put them back into bed. Midnight shift, you just turn them every two hours and keep them clean.
