What am i doing wrong?? ive been to job interviews and have not gotten an y offers =< what am i doing wrong

I applied at different hospitals for intake and clerical positions. Ive been to a lot of interviews but have not gotten any offers. I have a 2 year degree from a college and am currently at a University. I have some medical experience but very eager to learn and work. what am i doing wrong? can anyone help??

you are not doing anything wrong.. it's only that 300 people are probably applying for each job you are. My husband has been looking for a diff job for over a year. each job has 150-500 applications they go through..
try internships.. or go to a local workforce development business.. they usually have a great network of people and could get you in somewhere!

It's hard to say honestly what is happening because we're/I'm not there to hear and see how the interview goes. Sometimes new grads really low ball or way over shoot their salary, so becareful you are not doing that it turns managers off either way. (Check on salary.com or something similar if you think this might be the prob.). Also, how are you in the interviews, fidgety, confident, cocky, shy? Also this is kind of obvious but how is your appearance, are you dressed and groomed appropriately? Do you ask questions about the position, about the company, things that show you are interested. Don't make your questions all about money, vacation, benefits, hours, ect. that's also a big turn off to bosses. Hope you got something out of this, and good luck!
