Can you get a Master's Degree in Nursing after two years of nursing program?

Thanks!

you would need to graduate from a 4-year university.

um no...... after 2 years i think its just your r.n. 4 years is your bsn and few extra years on the 4 is your masters

Actually, there are some programs where you can go directly from an ADN to an MSN. I don't think there are lots of them, & you would have to do some research. But I worked with a wonderful RN who got her ADN at a community college in SC & then her MSN from Hawaii Pacific Univeristy.

You either would first need to complete a bachelor's degree, or as another answer mentioned, find a ADN to MSN program where typically you start out taking the first year of the BSN completion courses, then skip the last year of BSN courses and move directly to the graduate level courses. Generally they take about 3 years to complete.
