Nursing program, work while going to school in the USA? |
I am interested in taking my nursing. I live in Canada, but want to work in the USA. I heard that some hospitals in the USA are hiring nursing students and training them. Has anyone heard anything about this? Usually you have to be employed for a certain length of time. The hospitals usually work in conjunction with the colleges. The same pre-req's are required to be granted admission into the nursing program and once in, you will follow the same curriculum as the college. It has two positives, one they usually pay your tuition and two you are usually contracted a job after graduation. |
