What is rehabilitation/restorative nursing? |
What is rehabilitation/restorative nursing? There are nursing homes for old folks that can't take care of themselves. There are rehab centers for people that have had joint replacement or strokes etc. that need to learn or relearn how to take care of themselves again. That is wher rehab nurses work. |

In regular floor nursing, there is virtually no difference in what BSN ( 4 year degree) nurse can do and what an ADN nurse can do( 2 year degree). If you decide that you are tired of working on the floor... Too old? HA!!! In my graduating class, over half of them were over 30, and the oldest woman turned 60 right before graduation.
