CNA jobs in FL: Nursing home/hospital or Home Health?

Hi, I just passed the State Board for Certified Nursing Assistant in Florida, and I would like your honest opinion regarding job choices. I live in Lakeland, FL. I would prefer working in Lakeland than driving to Tampa or Orlando. I am more inclined to go for Home Health (just one person, less stress), but at the same time I would like to work for a hospital or nursing home if they offered to pay for my LPN course in the future. Which one would be better?

I'm not a LPN

Try to get a job in a state facility. The pay is excellent and you will learn a lot and there is a greater chance for advancement. State jobs are hard to land, but if you do, it will be a good boost for your resume.
