Dental Hygiene, Physical Therapist Assistant, Owning Cafe?

well you guys I'm down to my decision umm I'm thinking about doing either dental hygiene or physical therapist assistant my goal is to start up my own egyptian hookah cafe and I need a career to substitute for that!! I need enough income to get into my dream of owning my own cafe I just don't know how I'm going to end up doing that? I need a good paying job or can I take a loan out the bank? what should I do what is realistic in my situation? I am interested in helping the elderly that would be cool maybe PTA would do for now but I do need the financial stability and I know Dental Hygiene pays more what should I do help?

It cracks me up when people tell me that they want to own thier own business like me?

Owning a business takes dedication and no life.

Work for someone else you get a life.

Life is more important then money.

Remember when you own a business you work 7 days a week 365 days week. Yep that is right even if you think your off your not you have to run around for your business and be on call when someone does not show up.
Employee's are not reliable at all.

Before you get the business do me a favor go around ask other business owners what their feelings are on it and you will realize what I am telling you is true.

I know many business owners who are attractive and smart and successfull but still single no time to meet someone.

Do the dentist thing

Get a job with benefits first.
In your spare time after you have a job and a nestegg built up, work for someone or start up the cafe after a few months, scope out the areas, rents.
At some point buy the building which may house an aprtament for your to live in and get more rents and income.
