Why nurses are so mean and give the 'cold treatment' to each other? |
been in two different hospitals and the gossip is unbeareable. Those veterans are probably just jaded and too tired to make the effort of being friendly anymore. I think there's gossip in any type of field; I work in an office and there are a lot of rumors flying around as well. Glad to hear you are trying to be friendly and open; this world needs more people like you! Don't let others discourage you; they just might feel too threatened to let another person into their circle, or too stressed to open up to others. |
