Nursing School question?!?

I am currently in Nursing School and will graduate in 2 years with my bachelors. I am looking to get my masters, and I was wondering if there were any high-paying occupations that is hospital based. I was looking at NP, but that is more of in a clinical setting. What could I do besides being an RN? Thanks!

There are Nurse Practitioners in hospitals. I live in Georgia and Nurse Practitioners function in a variety of different roles in hospitals. The function as Clinical Nurse Specialists, which serve basically as resources to the nurses in their units and do continuing education stuff. Also in the ICUs some hospitals have teams of doctors, PAs, and Nurse Practitioners who are there specifically for the ICU patients and nothing else. Other Master's level nursing jobs in the hospital include Department Directors, Nurse Managers, other jobs in administration, such as Chief Nursing Officer (hey, aim high), also many nurses still work as bedside nurses even with a master's degree, and just make more money for having more education. Hope this helps. (Oh and yes, I'm a nurse, lol)

be an np that works in a hospital or with a surgeon.
