Why its hard to find job these days?

As a person who dont have education its hard to find a job. If i apply for a job as factory worker i need to go for an agency first in order to get a job at the factory.

My suggestion is search relevant career or job on internet firstly and position your place in the future career. Normally speaking, it is not very easy to find your future direction exactly to some extent, even though, don't worry about it!
Let your heart go on as it like to do! The key importance you should bear in your mind is once you determine what ever kinds job is your career in the future 5 to 10 years, you are supposed to kick it out with extraordinary effort! You eventually will acquire the payoff, try it if you are skeptic about it! Anyway, good luck! What the most unfortunate thing is not you haven't adequate knowlede but your perseverence spirit to a great extent!

There are plenty of jobs out there--they are just not what people want---they mean work and no one really wants to work anymore---

they use agencies --to screen people and see if qualified or can do the work

These days do require an education. So, go back to school and get a degree. The technology is constantly improving and employers only want employees who can keep up with the changes of new technology that is why we have to be educated to keep a job.
