Do many jobs hire based on your credit/or background check? |
having issues getting a job; will my credit be a reason why they are not hiring. Even if I'm qualified for the job? It depends on the job you are applying for. Most jobs *don't* do a credit check, because it's very expensive to do. If they are going to do a credit check, you would have been told -- if you weren't told they would do this, then it wasn't done. Almost all jobs that involve financial institutions or government will require you to go thru some type of background or credit... or both. |
