Is a food handlers permit required before the interview?

I have an interview at Wendy's Monday.
Do i have to have my food handlers permit by then?

you should be able to get it within 60 days of employment

So you live in Las Vegas? It isn't required before the interview but it can be beneficial because employers will ask you if you have it already. I would go ahead and get it now while you have the time to do so. Best of luck on the interview.
