What do you think of the Cordon le Bleu culinary school in Pasadena, CA? Well its pretty much the best culinary school one can attend in the US. Le Cordon Bleu in France is the best culinary school in the world. If you want to spend 46K, its the school for you. Much better then any Art institute. They have an emaculate program and teach so many things about French Cuisine and help with executive and seau chef job placement after their 18 month program. I know this because I was a student there. Le means the... so it's Le Cordon Bleu... What do you think of Le Cordon Bleu Academy in ..... now that we're past that part, most of those schools provide very good training, if you really work at it. Have you ever worked in a restaurant? Because how far the training takes you depends a great deal on you... Whether you really have a passion for it... If so, that might be a good choice for you. If you aren't ready to work like a dog for not much pay for quite some time, and you have a talent for it, then go for it... Definitely attracts the opposite sex (knowing how to cook). And it can pay very well if you become a head chef at a lucrative restaurant. (Or patisserie or or candy shop or cake store, etc.) Best of luck whatever you decide... take care VERY expensive, VERY good school, VERY low wages when you first graduate. never been there....do they allow tours? It's a well known, respected school. If you want to be taken seriously about cooking professionally, this school is one of the best places you can go to. |
