How does an employer pay me when i begin a new job?

have a solo card and i have'nt started the jon yet, (still waiting for interview) but when will the employer discuss the pay and how you get the money?
What does the employer need for this?

After your interview, if you are hired, you should go to an orientation. This is where you will be informed about basic company policies, including how your training is to take place, what is expected of you, conduct that can get you written up and/or fired and yes, how and when you will be paid.
You will need to supply your employer with your Security Number and two forms of identification. Usually your drivers liscence and Social Security card or Birth Certificate will do. If you are from another country you will need to show proof that you can legally work in this country.
