What is average cost of living in Guernsey (channel islands)?

how is it like working there in Financial services?

The cost of living in Guernsey is mostly equivalent to the UK - however some items, such as cars, jewelery, appliances, alcohol and cosmetics are generally cheaper than in the UK (due to the lower tax rates).
Guernsey is a British crown dependency in the English Channel between England and France - its official name is "Bailiwick of Guernsey", but it is often simply referred to as "Guernsey". Guernsey consists of the Guernsey island itself, as well as several surrounding islands - Alderney, Brecqhou, Burhou, Herm, Jethou, Sark and other islets. Guernsey island is approximately 78 square kilometres in size, and is divided into 10 Parishes. When grouped with Jersey, Guernsey and Alderney are referred to as the "Channel Islands".
Guernsey prints it's own money - the Guernsey Pound, which is pegged equal with the UK Pound for foreign exchange rates.
